To start a return, simply email support@OrganizeMee.com with your order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost or advise on the next steps.

Refunds are issued within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. Please use a tracked return service and keep your proof of postage.

Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from OrganizeMee.co. Items bought from other retailers must be returned to them. Gift cards are non-refundable.
