At OrganizMee, we value your trust and want you to have the best experience with our products. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Damaged Products

We pack our products with utmost care to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product and packaging to support@organizemee.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately.

2. Return Window

If a product does not fit into your home as expected, we do provide returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clearly mention the items you wish to return.
  • For partial returns, please hand over only the selected items to the pickup agent.

Return Terms:
a) Returns are free of charge. Once the product is picked up, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned items (shipping charges are non-refundable).
b) We may deny free returns if multiple returns are initiated from the same account or if previous COD orders were canceled at the doorstep.

3. Condition of Returned Products

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original documents/papers must be included.

4. Serviceable Pincodes

If your pincode is temporarily unserviceable by our courier partners, reverse pickup will only be possible once service resumes.

5. Missing or Tampered Parcels

If you suspect your parcel is tampered with, please record a video before opening and contact us at support@organizemee.com within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

6. Shipping Delays

We use 3rd party courier partners and are not liable for shipping delays. However, we do our best to support you in time-sensitive cases.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled/altered after 4 hours of placement.
  • Once packed/shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.
  • COD orders may be restricted for repeated doorstep cancellations.
  • Prepaid cancellations may attract two-way shipping charges.
